We all know that the COVID-19 lockdown had a significant impact on the Entertainment industry. Theme parks closed, events and exhibitions were cancelled, and conferences were postponed.
Taking all this into account and wishing to support our customers during this difficult period (when their equipment remains unused with direct financial consequences), we would like to offer, as a small gesture, an additional 3 months of warranty on Barco projection and image processing products to those customers affected by this operational downtime.
More specifically, this extended warranty is available for all projection and IP products that were still under warranty as of March 1st, 2020.
To take advantage of this extension, please complete the attached form with the product models and serial numbers, so they can be forwarded to Barco and registered in their system.
This is the least we can do, together with Barco, to help everyone get through this challenging time.
