The Ilisian Hotel: A New Era in Hospitality Experience Signed by Telmaco

Telmaco was selected to design and implement a fully integrated, high-end audiovisual (AV) infrastructure for The Ilisian Hotel in Athens, covering the Members Club, the Pool Landscape, and the Wellness Center.

With a strong focus on quality, functionality, and aesthetics, discreet high-performance sound systems were installed, offering uniform coverage and complete control through user-friendly touch panels and control interfaces.

The Members Club is upgraded with modern multimedia equipment, including an impressive LED wall, high-definition displays, wireless presentation systems, and a fully equipped podcast/vidcast studio for its members.

In the outdoor areas of the bars, restaurants, and pool, durable sound systems ensure excellent performance and ambiance under all conditions.

The result is a fully unified, future-ready AV environment that enhances the experience of members and visitors, supports high-level meetings, and reinforces the hotel’s premium character.

Simultaneously, In December 2025, Telmaco, as the project’s systems integrator, was assigned the design and implementation of the complete audiovisual infrastructure for the Meeting Rooms Gallerie & Atelier, as well as for the Ballroom halls “Esperides” and “Erato.”

A unified sound installation and distribution system (BGM) was implemented across the F.O.H. areas, Athenian Lobby, Byzantine & Semi-Private Dining spaces, Conrad Lounge, and other common areas, strengthening the overall architectural integration of the hotel’s systems.

The installation was carried out fully in accordance with international systems integration standards, ensuring top-tier image and sound quality through cutting-edge technologies tailored to the modern demands of high-end hospitality spaces.

Telmaco’s team completed the project within the scheduled timeframe, meeting both the initial design specifications and the additional technical challenges that arose during the integration process.

Special emphasis was placed on the aesthetic integration of the equipment through silent concealment systems for projectors and screens, as well as in-ceiling speakers, ensuring a result fully aligned with the architectural identity of the space.

All rooms are equipped with an advanced automation system, allowing easy and flexible control of the equipment, with the ability to select individual or combined room functions, covering a wide range of corporate and social events.

Ultra-high-definition projection, combined with high-fidelity sound and system scalability based on each event’s needs, completes the high-level audiovisual experience offered by The Ilisian.
