Following its 2016 award, Telmaco S.A. is proud to announce that it has received the InAVation Award 2017 during the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) exhibition held in February in Amsterdam.
Each year, during ISE, InAVate – EMEA's leading resource for Pro AV technology and integration – together with ISE, recognizes the most innovative and high-technology projects in the region with the prestigious InAVation Awards.
Telmaco was honored with the Project InAVation Award in the category Leisure and Entertainment Facility for the design and installation of turnkey audiovisual and titling systems at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) in Athens.
This state-of-the-art project was assigned to Telmaco after a rigorous evaluation process by the Joint Venture IMPREGILO SPA – TERNA SA, the official contractor for the entire SNFCC project, together with international consultants.
Multiple Nominations Across Categories
Telmaco was one of the few integrators with multiple nominations in the 2017 InAVation Awards, competing in the following categories:
- Leisure & Entertainment – Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center
- Control Rooms – Aegean Motorways Video Wall Installation
- Visitor Attraction – Berlin Erlebnis Europa – Europa Experience Installation
This year’s competition featured entries from 17 countries across EMEA, with especially strong participation from the UK, Russia, and Germany.
Building on 2016 Success
For Telmaco, this award marks the second consecutive recognition, following the InAVation Award 2016 in the category Public Sector or Government Facility for the installation of a full audiovisual conference system in the new building of the House of Representatives of Malta.
