Telmaco and d&b audiotechnik are organizing d&big Networkshop seminar.
We look forward to welcoming you to an engaging and insightful session dedicated to the future of professional audio networking.
In modern productions and installations, data networks have become an essential part of professional audio systems. Digital networks enable the simultaneous transmission of different types of data, simplifying signal distribution and making system management more efficient, flexible, and scalable.
Through practical examples and real-world applications, participants will explore modern audio networking technologies and gain a deeper understanding of signal, control, and data management in today’s professional audio systems. The workshop will cover key networking concepts, digital audio transport solutions, and best practices for designing and managing reliable networked audio infrastructures.
The workshop introduces the fundamental principles and available solutions for digital audio and data transmission, ranging from simple point-to-point connections to more advanced IP-based audio and control networking solutions. It also explores how signals are transmitted before and after d&b system amplifiers, providing participants with the knowledge required for the proper transmission and management of audio and control data within a modern networked audio system.
Participation Requirements
This workshop is intended for audio professionals with experience in system design and troubleshooting who wish to expand their knowledge, with a particular focus on digital audio networking.
Participants should have a good understanding of computers and PC-based systems, as well as prior attendance at a d&b workshop covering the R1 software and practical experience using it.
To participate in the workshop, attendees are required to bring a laptop equipped with an RJ45 network port or network adapter that meets the system requirements for the installation and operation of the d&b R1 Software.
For the full R1 system requirements, please visit the official d&b audiotechnik website.
This training is offered free of charge.
Seats are limited. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to one participant per company.
